As an artist and creative individual, I believe that using AI to generate any picture goes against my own beliefs and moral compass. I stand with artists and anyone creating with their own artistic abilities and deny ANY usage of my work to generate pictures or train AI.I hold the right to refuse service to you if I know you have used gen AI involving my work or have generated images for your ocs.ᐟ

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: January 2026Please be aware I am a new maker. My work may come with potential mistakes.
By ordering you are agrreing with the written TOS below:PAYMENTS
1. All payments are in EUROS currency and will be made through a Paypal invoice.2. A non-refundable down payment of 30% will act like a placeholder for the spot. This amount is not refundable.3. You can choose to pay off the rest of the payment in monthly installments for 250€ each payment. If you can´t complete the payment for a month, please let me know.ᐟ4. Work will be started when a minimum of 50% of the initially agreed upon price has been paid.4b. Payment must be fully paid before commission is sent.5. Shipping is not included in the final price.ᐟPRODUCT DELIVERY/REPAIRS
6. As a working nurse I will try to work on the commission as fast as I possibly can. I do not work well with HARD deadlines and will not work when rushed. For rush commissions the upcharge is between 20%- 50% of the commission price.7. Clients can contact me whenever they want an update on their commission (in a reasonable time frame). Updates will be sent as soon as I have made progress on the commission. I will update the client on any delays.ᐟ8a. After the received down payment, I will order the fur and send pictures of the fur to the client as soon as it arrives. Through the whole process, I will make sure to send WIPs, in these stages any changes are possible. If you want to alter anything, please make sure to voice this as early as possible.8b. Depending on how big the changes are and in which stage of the process they are requested, there may be additional charges. ( for example already sewn pieces need to be changed, etc. )8c. I offer free repairs up to 3 month after a fursuit is recieved. Buyer must pay shipping both ways.PREMADES
9. A premades flat price does not include shipping cost.10. Premades will only be sent out after full payment has been done. If there is a wish to upgrade to, for example, a partial, it will not be started until the new amount has been fully paid off.SHIPPING/ALLERGIES
11. I own a cat, which may sometimes get in contact with materials. All suits will be cleaned before shipping, but danger might linger.12. Shipping will be calculated after completion. Therefore it will not be included in the initial payment. If you can´t pay shipping and need me to store the suit/suit parts, there will be a charge of 20€ per week for storage.13. Please note that I am not liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping, nor for any customs or additional fees you may have to pay.REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATIONS
14. Refunds for finished pieces are not available under any circumstance.15. If you cancel your commission, I will determine how much work has been done and what will be refunded. I will be keeping all the materials purchased.QUOTES/COMMISSION FORM
16. A reference sheet is mandatory unless you're ordering an artistic freedom piece, which adds a fee of 20% of the initial price.17. The price given is not the price it will stay forever. The price may change in the future.Please note that there will be limited spots. If you weren´t chosen for a specific opening, there is a chance you can get a spot next time.CANCELLATIONS/BLACKLISTS
A commission may be subject to blacklisting/ cancelation on my part for any of the listed reasons below:♯ Repeating late/missed payments.
♯ Beliefs or viewpoints exhibited by the client that go against my own/may cause harm. ( anti LGBTQ+, pro-life, harmful behaviour towards others, etc. )
♯ consumption of any kind of the following topics: feral NSFW, ABDL, Loli content, etc.
♯ Active bewares about the client with sufficient evidence.
♯ Criminal activitiy from the client.
♯ Usage of generative AI, be it of my work or others.
